1250 mm coil slitting line

Our reference line — nine units and one control panel. Your line follows the same sequence, sized to your coil.

Press Run line to run the strip through the slitter head, or pick any unit to study it on its own. Every machine is also downloadable as a .glb model file.

01Unit 01 hydraulic decoiler with hydraulic expansion mandrel
Hydraulic Decoiler
Grips the coil eye with hydraulic expansion and pays strip off at line speed with back-tension. Coil weight up to 10 Ton.
3D model
02Unit 02 coil car with hydraulic V-saddle on foundation rails
Coil Car
Lifts the coil on a hydraulic saddle and traverses it onto the mandrel — coil loading without the overhead crane.
3D model
03Unit 03 pinch roll and feeder — precision machined rolls
Pinch Roll & Feeder
The line drive: precision rolls feed strip at constant tension; top roll adjusts for 0.3–3.0 mm.
3D model
04Unit 04 slitter head with twin hardened knife arbors
Slitter Head
Twin hardened knife arbors shear the full width into strips in one pass — ±0.10 mm, re-settable for new widths.
3D model
05Unit 05 hydraulic scrap winder with flanged discs
Scrap Winder
Winds both edge trim strips into tight scrap coils at constant tension, so the line never stops for clearing.
3D model
06Unit 06 tension stand with contact rolls and pressure pad
Tension Stand
Pad-type drag keeps every strip tight, so finished coils wind square instead of loose or telescoped.
3D model
07Unit 07 separator with a guide disc in every slit line
Separator
One guide disc per slit line — every strip enters the recoiler in its own lane, no cross-winding.
3D model
08Unit 08 hydraulic recoiler winding the finished slit coil
Hydraulic Recoiler
High torque winding with hydraulic mandrel expansion and a hydraulic push-off arm for the finished coil.
3D model
09Unit 09 exit car carrying the finished coil off the mandrel
Exit Car
Takes the finished coil off the mandrel, lowers it and carries it clear for strapping and pick-up.
3D model
—Electrical control panel with HMI screen, pushbuttons and E-stop
Control Panel
One operator runs the line: speeds, hydraulic pressure, coil handling, line status and faults on the HMI.
