What coil sizes can your slitting line handle?

Our reference line takes a 1250 mm wide coil, 0.3–3.0 mm thick and up to 10 Ton, running at 80–120 m/min with strip width accuracy of ±0.10 mm. We build slitting lines from 650 mm to 2000 mm wide, and coil width, thickness range and coil weight are quoted as per your requirement.

Which materials can be slit on your machines?

MS, CR, HR, GI, PPGL and SS coils. The line is configured for the material mix you actually run.

How many strips can one coil be cut into?

The number of strips is as per requirement. Knife spacing on the slitter head sets each strip width and can be re-set for a new strip combination.

Do you install the line at our plant?

Yes. We handle fabrication, machine installation, commissioning and technical support, plus hydraulic repair, crane repair and maintenance work, carried out by a skilled team with 7+ years of industry experience.

How is the price decided?

Price is offered according to the thickness range and specification you need. Send us the coil width, thickness range, coil weight and the strip widths required, and we will quote against that specification.

Can you supply machines for export?

Yes. Machines are packed for safe transport — safe packing, strong and durable crating, secure transport — with worldwide delivery arranged as required.
