Inside the works
One workshop at Taloja MIDC, Navi Mumbai, where coil processing machinery is fabricated, machined, painted, assembled and tested before it is dispatched to your plant.
01 — What happens here
Four stages, one roof
Machines are not assembled from bought-in shells and painted with our name on them. Structural work, precision work, hydraulics and electricals are carried out in the same place, by a team with 7+ years in the industry — led by our owner, Sunil B. Patil.
- Modern workshop — layout, pits and foundations the line will actually stand on.
- Heavy duty fabrication — welded frames and bases, machined after welding.
- Precision machining — saddles, housings, mandrels and roll seats to drawing.
- Assembly & testing — units set out in running order, hydraulics and controls proven.
02 — Look for yourself
Photographs and video of the real machines
Rather than describe the workshop in adjectives, we put the camera on the floor: thirty photographs of our machines and assemblies, and a video of the slitting line running in production.
Every unit on the floor is also modelled in 3D and downloadable as a .glb file, painted in our workshop colours.
03 — What we build
Machines for a coil processing line
Built individually or as a complete line — a replacement unit, an upgrade to a line you already run, or a new installation from coil loading to finished coil.
Service work
Alongside new machines we take on fabrication work, machine installation, hydraulic repair, crane repair and maintenance, commissioning and technical support, and all types of maintenance work.

Inspection welcome
Machines are built to order and can be inspected at the works before dispatch — bring your coil specification, and your strip if you want to see your material run.
