What a coil slitting line costs
There is no single price for a slitting line — the same 1250 mm line can be built light or heavy. This page shows exactly what moves the number, so you can compare quotes like for like.
Cost drivers
Seven things decide the price
Our own rule is the client-friendly one: price is offered according to the thickness range and specification. These are the specifications that matter.

What to ask every supplier
Two quotes for a "1250 mm slitting line" can differ by lakhs without either being dishonest — they are simply different machines. Ask these seven questions and the comparison becomes real.
- What thickness range is the line rated for at full speed?
- What coil weight and coil eye diameter are the mandrels rated for?
- How many strips, and is the separator included?
- Is the mandrel expansion hydraulic on both decoiler and recoiler?
- What is the strip width accuracy guaranteed, and measured how?
- What exactly is in the control panel?
- What is included after delivery — installation, commissioning, training, spares?

Questions
Price, answered
Why is there no fixed price list?
Because there is no fixed machine. A slitting line is built around the coil you run — width, thickness, weight and strip count. A published number would either be for a machine too light for your coil or too heavy for your budget. Price is offered according to the thickness range and specification.
Does the price include installation and commissioning?
Installation, commissioning and technical support are part of our service scope and can be included in the offer. Machines are packed for safe transport with worldwide delivery arranged as required — freight and site work are quoted with the machine.
Is a used line cheaper than a new one?
Usually, if the specification matches what you run. We also offer used machines — see the used coil slitting line currently available for inspection. A used line can be upgraded and re-conditioned to your requirement.
What payment and delivery terms apply?
Terms are agreed with the offer, against the specification and delivery schedule. Talk to us with your coil details and target date: contact or call +91 97694 59087.
