What we build

Slitting lines, CTL lines, and the machines inside them

Fabricated, machined, assembled and tested at our own workshop — so a machine can be built around your requirement instead of adapted from a catalogue.

01 / MAIN PRODUCT Coil slitting line: decoiler, coil car, pinch roll, slitter head, scrap winder, tension stand, separator, recoiler and exit car in line order

Coil Slitting Line

One pass turns a full-width coil into the exact strips you sell.

  • 650 – 2000 mm coil width, built to your requirement
  • Strip width accuracy ±0.10 mm
  • Hydraulic expansion recoiler, heavy duty construction
  • CR, HR, GI, PPGL and SS coils

02 / CUT TO LENGTH Cut to length line cutting coil into flat sheets and stacking them into bundles

Cut to Length (CTL) Line

Coil in, stacked sheets out — at an exact length every time.

  • Automatic and semi-automatic versions
  • Servo length control, high speed & accuracy
  • Pneumatic sheet stacking
  • User friendly operation

03 / SINGLE MACHINES Slitter head with twin hardened knife arbors, from the Kavya Manufacturing 3D model

Single machines & upgrades

One decoiler, a new slitter head, or a rebuild of the line you already run.

  • Hydraulic decoiler and hydraulic recoiler
  • Pinch roll unit · slitter head · separator · tension stand
  • Hydraulic scrap winder · hydraulic presses
  • Upgrade and re-conditioning work on existing lines

How a slitting line works

Five steps from coil to finished strips

The same sequence on every line we build — the sizes change, the process does not.

Pay off

The hydraulic decoiler grips the coil eye and pays strip off at line speed.

Feed

Precision pinch rolls pull the strip flat and feed it at constant tension.

Slit

Twin knife arbors shear the full width into strips — ±0.10 mm accuracy.

Tension

Trim is wound by the scrap winder; the tension stand holds every strip tight.

Recoil

Separator discs keep lanes true, and the recoiler winds finished coils.

Interactive 3D

Inspect the line before it is built

Rotate every machine, lift it apart assembly by assembly, run the strip through the line — then hand the model files to your engineering team.

  • Orbit and zoom any of the ten units
  • Exploded views of each assembly
  • Run the line and watch the strip travel
  • Download .glb models for CAD, AR and review

Anything else — call +91 97694 59087 or send the coil spec on WhatsApp.

What coil sizes can your slitting line handle?

Our reference line takes a 1250 mm wide coil, 0.3–3.0 mm thick and up to 10 Ton, at 80–120 m/min with ±0.10 mm strip width accuracy. We build lines from 650 mm to 2000 mm wide, and quote coil width, thickness and weight as per your requirement.

Which materials can be slit?

MS, CR, HR, GI, PPGL and SS coils. The line is configured for the material mix you run.

How many strips from one coil?

As per requirement. Knife spacing on the slitter head sets each strip width and can be re-set for a new combination.

Do you install it at our plant?

Yes — installation, commissioning and technical support, plus hydraulic repair, crane repair and maintenance work.

How is the price decided?

Price is offered according to the thickness range and specification. Send the coil details and we will quote against that specification.

Can machines be exported?

Yes. Machines are packed for safe transport with worldwide delivery arranged as required.
